La Kurupira
The Kurupira Floating Cabin is a small floating hotel located on the Amazon River, 10 minutes outside of Leticia.
The hotel is built with fine, locally sourced wood.
Its surroundings offer opportunities to observe dolphins, enjoy the refreshing Amazonian breeze, experience starry nights, and immerse yourself in the scents and sounds of nature.

Three nights in a Kurupia floating cabin
Kurupira floating cabin, Los Micos Island, Puerto Nariño, Wayruru indigenous Maloka.
First Day
- Transfer to the port of Leticia!
- Board the boat for a 5-minute ride on the Amazon River to reach the Kurupira Floating Cabin.
Lunch
- Hike to Fantasy Island to experience the native environment or visit Leticia to see the Parrot Park
- Dinner and overnight stay
Second Day
Visit to Maloca indigenous Wayruru.
- Breakfast at the Kurupira.
Transfer to the outskirts of Leticia to walk in the jungle for approximately an hour and a half to the Wayruru indigenous Maloca
In the maloca ancestral talk with the grandfather and knowledge of Mambe, Monkfish and Ambil. Typical lunch.
Bathing in the Tacana ravine, fishing if possible and leaf foliage craft workshop.
Visit to the farm to learn about medicinal plants.
At approximately 3 pm return to Leticia to return to the Kurupira floating cabin.
Third Day
Monkey Island, Puerto Nariño and Correo lakes.
- Breakfast at the Kurupira. Visit to Monkey Island, sailing for approximately an hour and a half along the Amazon River. Visit to the Macedonian Indigenous community. Visit to lotus flower.
-Typical lunch in Puerto Nariño. Walk in the town. Visit the Correo lakes when the river is high to observe pink dolphins.
-In the afternoon return to Kurupira.
-Dinner and accommodation at Kurupira.
Fourth Day
-After breakfast return to Leticia.
Free time to purchase Crafts.
-Transfer to the airport.
